The short version

Tunora is a desktop widget that shows and controls the music currently playing on your PC. It reads now-playing information locally on your device. It does not require an account, and it does not send your listening activity, history, or personal data to us or anyone else.

What the app accesses

What we collect

Nothing on our servers. The app has no account and no analytics that identify you. Your listening activity is never transmitted to us.

If you buy a paid version through a store (e.g. the Microsoft Store), that store processes your payment under their privacy policy; we only receive what's needed to validate your license, not your payment details.

Third parties

We are not affiliated with Spotify, Apple, Google, or other media providers. We do not sell or share personal data. The lyrics provider and any store/payment provider act as independent parties under their own policies.

Your data & rights

Your settings live on your own device until you delete the app or its %AppData%\Tunora folder. Because we hold essentially no personal data, there is little for us to retain. For anything held by a store/payment provider, you can exercise access or deletion rights under applicable law (GDPR / UK GDPR / Swiss FADP) by contacting us or them.

Children

Tunora is a general-audience utility and is not directed at children under the age required by your country's law.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted on this page.
